Museveni gives Kyabazinga, Inhebantu 100 cows as wedding gift

In a lavish luncheon fit for kings and queens, President Museveni played fairy godfather as he showered His Highness, the Kyabazinga of Busoga, and Her Royal Highness, the Nyin’abantu, with a whopping 100 cows as a wedding gift!

The gossip grapevine went into overdrive as rumors swirled about the extravagant affair, with whispers of royal romance and presidential patronage dominating the conversation. Eyewitnesses couldn’t believe their eyes as the Busoga royals strutted into State House, exuding an air of majesty and mystery that left onlookers breathless.

But it was President Museveni who stole the show with his grand gesture, delivering a speech dripping with intrigue and innuendo. “I congratulate HH Gabula on finding a wife,” the president declared, his words laden with hidden meaning. “Whenever we met in the past, I used to ask him why he was visiting me alone. Therefore, I am very glad that he finally found a companion.”

And if that wasn’t scandalous enough, Museveni dropped the bombshell of the century by announcing his jaw-dropping gift to the newlyweds – a staggering 100 cows for the bride and an additional 20 cows for her family. Talk about a royal jackpot!

As the champagne flowed and the caviar disappeared, guests couldn’t help but marvel at the sheer audacity of it all. Here was a love story fit for the history books, with all the drama and decadence of a Shakespearean tragedy. And at the center of it all were the Busoga royals, basking in the spotlight of scandal and intrigue.

But amidst the chaos and clamor, one thing was clear – love conquers all, even in the hallowed halls of power. With their heads held high and their hearts full of passion, the Kyabazinga and his bride proved that fairy tales do come true, even in the cutthroat world of Ugandan politics.
